The Riley Factor
Fort Plain, NY, December 23 -- Today, Riley has been given a one-day pardon from wearing the training collar, in recognition of doing pretty well lately. He seems very content wandering around the kitchen. For a first time, we have tried tying him outside on his own for a few minutes at a time. This morning, he is outside, watching Ephram bring firewood from the wood pile near the garage to the basement for stacking. He and Gabby the Belgian Tervuren are getting along better these days. Riley tried a bit of split pea & ham soup for lunch ... yum. Last night, Riley collapsed at about 8PM after a day of play.
